Here are some photos of how bad the conditions were in the property room of the Middletown Division of Police in 2007. The officer in charge of the property room at the time, Kim Robinson, was disciplined a year ago by the
city with a one-day suspension without pay last year, several months after she was relieved of that assignment. The police union, Fraternal Order of Police Local Lodge 36, appealed the disciplinary action to an arbitrator who
reversed the city's action. The city filed suit last month in Butler County Common Pleas Court to reverse the arbitrator's ruling. No date has been set for the case, according to Middletown Law Director Les Landen.
